To top off the day, Casey caught the mouse that has been living in the jockey box of his car. After licking the first trap clean, the mouse wasn't as lucky with the second! His hind end got caught in the trap. (You can see the mouse's shadow on Casey's jacket, kind of gross & yet fulfilling!)

I'm grossed out about mice! I'll take the pig eye anyday! Remember last spring with all the voles? That was horrible for me!
It looks like it is almost apple blossom time and what about the asparagus? A few spring rains will be bring it on soon. Love you all!
That mouse deserved to die - Good riddance! Nice descriptions of the family spring day - I can just hear Ellie now :).
