the honesty of youth

My cute little munchkin, here, called me to the Christmas tree
this morning very excited. The night before, Casey & I had wrapped most of the
Christmas gifts & placed them under the tree to surprise the kids in the morning.

Well, El saw the little pile & started digging around for the ones that
were labeled with an 'E'. She accumulated her little stash &
then quickly told me in the most innocent voice,
"I need some more presents mom."
I quickly asked, "Why?"
She responded with all the honesty in her little body,
"Because, I like A LOT!"

If I could only be that honest.
