Not too often do I make, what I feel for myself, a culinary masterpiece! I had some peaches that I needed to use because they were ripened to perfection. I got a great recipe for a sweet crust and then made a really fattening and creamy spread. The peaches were the icing on the cake! And to top it all off it looks pretty, so I had to take a picture for posterity sake! My children did mock me for taking a picture of food, but when I get it right one time, I have to flaunt it. YEAH!

Move over Martha!
