Last weekend Sam, Ashlyn & Tanner participated in a youth triathlon.
They got to swim, bike & run with 177 other kids from the area.
It was an amazing experience and they all found
out that they could do scary & hard things!
Case and I were very proud of them.

I was so proud of Tanner, Ashlyn, and Sam! Such great kids. I appreciated seeing the sincere encouragement they gave to one another.
I'm so jealous. That looked so fun, and seeing all your kids together in their triathalon garb is priceless. Your family is too cool. I'm not kidding. Too cool.
