Today I'm freezing peaches!
This was a lot of fun to do,
not to mention that the end result is amazing!
All you need is:
2 quarts of sliced or chopped peaches (about 8 peaches)
Mix: 1 cup of sugar
1 tsp. of fruit fresh
Add your sugar mixture to the peaches & stir unitl the peaches are coated.
Let them sit for a while & stir occasionally until the sugar is dissolved.
Put in freezer bags & freeze.
Fabulous in smoothies and as ice cream toppings.
I think I might try this with a crisp recipe!
I can't wait to pull a bag out in the winter
& enjoy a taste of summer!
